Hope you are all having a great week!!!
I had an absoutley KILLER leg workout last night...We had a big group~~~~
Me, Elena, Claudia, Bianca, and Rebecca. But the more people we have, the more intensity we put forth~nobody wants to slack, nobody wants to fail. And we all motivate eachother so it all works out great!!!
Here is the rundown....
Squats...
135 x 12(warmup)

Then we did one huge giant set for the rest of our legs...3 rounds of....
Leg Presses (6 plates total)

Hack Squats(2 plates total)

Lying curls(110 lbs)
s/s
Standing One-Legged Curls(79 lbs)
s/s
Butt Blaster(90 lbs)
We were all pooped!!!!!!!!!!!! That was truely a marathon workout, LOL!!!
Tonight I have BBIIGGG Arms! Or at least that is the goal....
