Hey Everyone~

It's Thursday....only one more day left in the work week! Then finally it's the weekend!!!
And two weeks 'till I am going on vacation!!!! :~) I will be one happy girl! I am going on another road trip, via motorcycle, this time up thru Maine, and into Nova Scotia, Canada, and up to the Cape Breton Highlands! I cannot wait!!!!!! I just hope we get good weather or we will have to change our course...

What an awesome leg workout, again, we had last night! It was only me, Bianca, and Rebecca~Elena and Claudia couldn't make it down. We still kicked ass though!

Here's the rundown...

Squats

Inverted Leg Presses

Hack Squats
150x15 x 2 sets
100x20

Stiff-Legged Deadlifts
95x8narrow stance/8 wide stance x 3 sets

One-Legged Extensions
50 pounds, 2 sets, 12 reps per leg

And we almost lost Rebecca and Bianca last night~there were points they were both turning green~I was convinced one of them was going to puke~but they both stuck it out and made it thru legs no problem! I am feeling it today~and I am sure they are too!!!
