Hey Everyone~

2 DAY 'TILL VACATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot wait!!!!!! I still have a million and one things to do, including packing, lol!!! But no matter how much I stress, everything always gets done on time. I am leaving my poor friend Bianca with so much responsibility~2 dogs, my cats and my fish...and my flowers, taking in my mail, and all the other good stuff that comes with the territory! You know someone loves you when they volunteer to do all that for you.... I owe her biiigggg time after this! :~) MUAH!

Speaking of Bianca....THE BIRTHDAY GIRL!!! She celebrated her birthday a few days ago, and I threw her a big bash this past weekend! We all had a total blast~I always love having an excuse to get all of out buddies together to party, and this was the perfect excuse. All of my friends have become really good friends with each other so that makes it even better when you all party together! I catered this one(no Martha Stewart Heather Lee this time around), and I must say, not having to cook makes parties so much more enjoyable! My Christmas Party I spend weeks preparing for, and make sit down dinner for 25. No easy task there!! LOL! But it is always worth it to see everyone’s face. But back to Biancas~I wasn't tied to the kitchen all night long so I got to have a lot more fun! I think she had a blast, and that was what I wanted! Next year I think we are going to spend her birthday in Cancun....I love Mexico!

Elena competed in and won her Strongman Event this weekend. She is really cleaning house in everything she is doing! She will be going to Poland to compete as well in September, and she is going to be doing the Nationals in Miami this year too....I can feel it....this is HER year!!!! Pro-card here she comes!!!!!!! I saw DESCENT last night....What an awesome scary movie. There was one scene in that movie that made me jump so far out of my seat I cannot even begin to tell you!!! I think the people I was with enjoyed watching my reaction as much as watching to movie itself! If you want to see an awesome freaky movie, go and see it....now it has been awhile, but I have not forgotten about my Official Heather Lee Movie Ratings...and this one gets an A!! A great horror flick!

My client who I am always bragging about, Maria, has impressed me for the last 9 months I have been working with her, and mind you, that is no easy task! It is just amazing how much progress someone can make when they follow your explicit instructions with everything you tell them to do, whether it be with training, diet, rest, etc....Well we have had her on a strict squat cycle for a few months and she hit her max today~225 pounds!!!!! Most impressive for someone who was not even squatting 50 pounds a few months back! And her form mirrored mine....she rocked that weight!!! I am so proud of her!!!! Congrats on a job well done Maria!!!

Now about vacation....I am heading out on Friday Morning. First stop:Virginia!!!!!! I will be doing the trophy presentation at The Fatbacks Power Plant Strongman Competition this Saturday! Then, Saturday evening, we are off to Florida. It is 12 hours to Tampa from Virginia to where I will be staying for the next week. I am planning on visiting Miami, The Everglades, Key West, and the Disney Area over the 10 days that I will be there for. Marta will be flying down to meet me, along with my brother-in-law. My husband and one of our friends will be driving down with me, so it should be quite an adventure! If I have access to a computer, I will try to drop in and say hi!

Well all I have to run…lots to do in the next 24 hours!!!
