Hey Everyone~

Ughhh! This weather sucks!!!!!! We had almost 2 weeks of rain and flooding, then 4 days of sunshine and back to rain now. Next weeks forecast...showers and more showers. This sucks!!! It is wrecking fall!!! All the leaves are just gonna fall off the trees instead of turning and looking so pretty!

So this past weekend was the
Olympia. I saw the pictures and I must say, I wasn't as impressed with the lineup this year, not taking anything away from the winners. I am speaking of some of the other competitors. I really think the ever changing judging criteria is leading the competitors to second guess themselves, their views on how they should come in as far as conditioning, and it is really taking a toll on their aesthetics. I really find myself in awe at the inconstancies that appear to be never ending with female bodybuilding. I am really curious to see the outcome of this years Nationals....time will tell. I would love to make predictions, but you know what? The judging seems to change like the direction of the wind, so I really don't know what to expect!

Davana Medina took the Figure O' title again~I think it could have been a toss of the coin as to her and Monica, but I guess to take away the crown of the reigning queen you have to have it by a landslide. Davana looked great so I can't complain with the judging there. One day I would love to see Monica take it~she has been my ideal for the last decade! She was the reason I did what I have to this point. I wanted to be something so I made it happen!

I am hoping to get out to Atlanta to root on Elena who is competing. This year has been so much traveling for me and with the holidays coming quick, I am not sure if it is in the realm of possibilities, but I guess that will be determined in the next few weeks! As for me, my workouts are coming along great...I am trying to refine myself this year and come in a class down next year. I am actually doing offseason cardio too, which is a first for me, LOL! I guess it won't hurt, though I seem to need my magazines and headphones to get thru it! Just seems so boring without them!

I did a talk this week to both East Stroudsburg University and Rutgers... I have been going to Rutgers for the last 3 years, twice a year, to be interviewed by the Greaduate Students in Sports Psychology, and even had someone use me in their thesis. Pretty cool. I will also be there next Tuesday. In E.S.U., I did a talk to the weight lifting club, and set them up a basic training program and a nutritional plan....I can't imagine how hard it is to eat clean living on campus and trying to eat all of your meals in the cafeteria, LOL! I would be a big fatty, Hah! I love to eat!!!

Well all, I have to run....Hope you all have a great weekend! I leave ya'all with some pics of the day so enjoy!!!

'Till next time,
Keep pumpin' hard!!!

Hey Everyone~

Okay, I am ready to build an ark.
We have had rain~and I am not talking about a little drizzle~I am talking blowing downpours for the last week or so here...NASTY!
We are supposed to be stuck with this crappy weather for another few days, then Monday the sun will return. This weather is conducive to doing NOTHING!
I want to lay around all day in my PJ's and drink hot chocolate! I don't know how people in say, Seattle deal with this. I would be depressed all the time!

Anyway, all is well here! I've been busy, training is going well! I am off to the gym in a few minutes to do my cardio.

I killed my back last night~just going high reps and moderate weight, I feel like I cannot even bend over, LOL!

I went out on Saturday night to a club...an 80's club....we had a blast!! We were there to celebrate a friends birthday. It was so funny, I never thought I would be out dancing to some of the songs I was dancing to~Bon Jovi, A-HA, Bruce Springsteen, Motley Crue...all the songs they played were great~such a good time! We ended up almost closing the place!

Hope you liked this weeks updates~they were shot about a month ago~offseason, at about 153 pounds! There are 3 whole pages to that particular~278 pics~to that gallery so make sure you check em' all out!

Well all, I have to run!
Hope you have a great night...I will be here trying to stay dry, LOL!

I leave you with some pics of the day from Saturday night!
ENJOY!!!

'Till next time,
Keep pumpin' hard!!!
XOXO

Hey Everyone~
HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Long time, no write, LOL!!!
It's me!! M.I.A. Heather!! Did you miss me??? I hope so!!

I have some seroius computer issues, I swear. I think the more we rely on computers, the more they mess with us...it's ridiculous! Yet again, another hard drive crash. I get bombarded with virus's and some of them sneak thru. No matter what virus software I install, it never fails. At least I learned my lesson last time~I lost so many photos~so now, as I download them, I back all of them up. Phew, so nothing really important lost this time. It was more of an inconvenience, really.

SO~seems I wasn't the only one with technical issues. My webmaster had some problems the last 3 weeks or so, so it some updates were a tad messed up or late, I apologize. It's all ironed out now~so anything not working or X'd out should be fine. Thanks for your patience!

WHERE TO BEGIN???
WELL....I got out of jury duty~they didn't need me. That is always good news! That was about 3 weeks ago. Since then so much has happened. I had to get a bunch of stitches in my back, about 2 weeks ago. I just got them out on Friday. 15, to be exact. I had a mole removed, but it was right on my spine, and it was a diagonal incision, so it was pretty tight, since I don't have a lot of skin on my back as it is. I had them in for 2 weeks, and the doc told me no lifting, and no bending, so it wouldn't rip. YUCK! I still feel tight, but I went back to the gym tonight, and KILLED my hams! And glutes...plus cardio and abs. My training gameplan~well I have decided to sit this Nationals out...next year I want to come in at the top of the middleweights. So I need to refine myself. Lost a bit of weight, and scale down a bit. I want to bring my offseason weight down a bit so when dieting comes around, I can come in at exactly 125. The heaviest weight in the middleweight class. BUT~fear not! I will still be competing between then and now. I am going to be doing a strongman~in January. I may even do one before that if I can find one with a womens division. It amazes me how many men's only shows there are!! Sexists!! LOL! Just kidding! So in the next few weeks I will have all new photos and videos of me and my strongwoman training, plus the regular training stuff! Should be cool!

I attended a strongman competition last weekend~The NJ's Strongest Man, held at Strong & Shapely Gym in Rutherford, NJ. The owner, Bob Bonham, has always been a great supporter of all things bodybuilding, and now he has started giving strongman a venue to compete too!! THANKS BOB for opening up your gym for that!! AWESOME! A bunch of my friends competed~one took 2nd in the mens LW's, and 3 others took 4th, 9th, and 10th in the mens heavyweight class. They all put forth so much effort! The events were awesome to watch~the truck pull~with a 33,000 pound fire truck, for 60 seconds, the stones, from 200 to 330 pounds, the axle press, the tire flip, with one of the tires being 1000 pounds, and 2 of them flipped it both times, amazing to watch! And the farmers walk....An awesome showing by all the competitors too! The teens who competed were also amazing to see~the effort put forth by some of them was just incredible! Next up...ME! :~)

This weekend was gorgeous here in NJ~I was out both days on the motorcycle riding...Saturday up north, toward the poconos, to the mountains, and Sunday down the shore, by the beach, and up the entire coast. Perfect weather, perfect weekend...

Elena is about 6 weeks out from the Nationals! I feel it, this is her show. She is going to be amazing, as she was last time. I can just see it within her grasp....hopefully the judges will get it right this time, and see her the way we all did!

Only 3 1/2 weeks till' Halloween!! I haven't decided what I am going to be yet...I always love dressing up. Last year I didn't cause I was dieting, and was feeling blah for the holiday. This year I will be full-speed ahead though! I will have a few special Halloween galleries for you too!

Well all, I have to run! Hope you have a great night!
My PC is working now so I will be back to normal here! Oh, and hope you like the recent updates...The Striptease galleries part 1 & 2, and the Sexy Benching were all shot by Brian Moss. There are 3 more parts coming to the Striptease galleries. Plus the other galleries added were from my contest-ripped shoots! Mmmmm, MUSCLES!! LOL!

'Till next time,
Keep pumpin' hard!!!
XOXO
