I wanted to drop in wish my best bud ELENA SEIPLE THE BEST OF LUCK AT THE NATIONALS TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could be there with you but we will be bonding in Florida in 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!

...and tell you all to keep your fingers crossed....hopefully the judges will get it right this time!!!!!

Hey Everyone~

Happy Election Day!!! Hope you all got out to vote today! I did...but I'm not tellin' who!?!? LOL!!
Just playin'!

So I hope you have all been enjoying the fall so far. We have had warmer then usual weather here and I have been taking full advantage! :~)

I just got in from training~back today! I am smoked....plus an hour of cardio...
Here is the breakdown of my workout...

Warmup with 3 sets of pullups, 12 reps each set
Inverted Grip Pulldowns s/s with behind the neck pulldowns, 3 sets 12, 10, 8
T-Bar Row, 3 sets of 12 alternating inverted and overhand grip
Hyperextensions, 3 sets of 12

So what have I been up to lately you ask? Well if you read the FTVideo 2005 Nationals preview you would have heard this.....

"Middleweights
A lot of fans will be excited to see how Heather Lee does as a middleweight. She was disappointed with her 7th place in the light-heavies last year, and after some soul searching she decided to drop down to the middles this time."

But got some bad news for you all...I am sitting this one out guys! Sorry!! But don't worry, it's not a permanent thing! I just want to sit back and see where the judges decide to take this one. I have not been happy with a lot of the outcomes of the last 2 shows I have watched, and I definitly wasn't happy with my 7th place finish last year. That way I can formulate a game plan for next year. So in another 11 days, we will see how they have the lineup this year.

Other then that, not too much going on here! I helped Marta and her boyfriend move into their new apartment on Saturday, and I have been spending a lot of time outside since it's been such a nice fall! I am also taking new clients again, but sorry, ladies only! So if you are a lady in the NJ area looking to get your butt whipped into shape, contact me and we will chat...Same applies for diet/nutritional programs, offseason or pre-contest. I have to go up to Rutgers University tomorrow afternoon to talk once again to the sports psychology classes. Actually it is more of an interview....always interesting! :~)

The Holiday will be here before you know it too. It is amazing just how fast this year went! Before you know it the New Year will be here and it will be 2006!!!!!
