So, how are you all? Hope you have plans to start this weekend off right!!! My days seem to be so crazy lately~I look forward to the weekends more then I have in a long time...Much needed rest time! I like to kick back and relax~or have a few margaritas....lol!! Love em'!

My training is going great lately~I am whooping my ass back into shape~I was slacking while going to real estate school a bit and got a little skinnier then I like to be~so I have been kicking my training into high gear to get it back. My legs are never the problem, they always hold size, but my arms and shoulders seem to deflate at the first sign of slacking off, ugh! Always been my weakness...so it's time to hammer away at them! Contest plans this year are still up in the air, but I will keep you posted when I decide where my 2006 debut will be!

Other then that, there hasn't been a whole lot going on lately to write about...

I had mentioned in a previous diary entry that I have been doing a lot more pre-contest prep & training~but if you want in, hurry because slots are filling up quickly! I only accept a select amount of women to make sure that you get 100 percent of my focus to dial you in perfect on contest day!! If you are interested shoot me an email with your contest & date and I will let you know if you can still get in~Figure, fitness, and bodybuilding!! And speaking of competitors, you should see some of the great women I am working with~impressive!! I am lucky to have a great group so far to work with this year....some of them will be coming to my members section and will be featured with their own page in my GIRLFRIENDS section. Stay tuned!!!

Bianca was in Spain this week~in Barcelona. I am so jealous! I wish I could have gone~I need a vacation, LOL! Marta has been busy working~she got a new bird~and named it George! Interesting name for a parakeet. Know what's even funnier? Bianca's fish is named George. Why? No idea. I stick with more conventional names for my fish~Nemo & Flounder. I know, I know, really original, right! LOL! At least I named my dogs something other than Snoopy or Fido...I have a MAX & a JEWEL!

Hey Everyone~

Okay, okay, call of the a.p.b. on my....I AM ALIVE!!!!!!!
I know this is waay overdue here, and those of you who are members to my site know I am always updating my members section diary sometimes as often as daily~but a stint this long without updating is a first for me and let me say...I AM SOOO SORRY!!!

Life has been insane these last few weeks....Last I wrote I was going to school to get my real estate license...well, I finished, and spent a good week after finishing up the class studying my ass off....I passed the school test first time around, and then scheduled the state exam, and also passed!! I was one happy camper! Now mind you, I have been doing the same thing for the last 8 years....training and nutrition, so this is a huge change for me. And there is a tremendous amount of things to learn along with it that they don't teach you in school LOL!! But don't worry, I will live, hah! So now here is my pitch....

For all of you lucky people in NJ who are looking to make a real estate investment~to buy, sell, or even rent, I AM YOUR GIRL!!!! Shoot me an email and we will talk!!!

Now, onto everything else....
My training is going really great! I feel like I am finally getting my behind back into shape after enjoying my yearly offseason~and good thing too, cause it is right in time for summer! I have got that itch for warm weather~We got slammed with almost 2 feet of snow here a few weeks ago and now today we are having freezing rain, snow and sleet. Nice combo, right?!? LOL!!! I miss those beach days! That and I need a vacation in the worst way!

I hope you have all been enjoying the weekly updates~we have had more video clips going up lately and per your request, I am going to keep them coming! This week there are 2 great galleries added~one is with me and Laurie Steele, the other is my February candids~a bunch from that blizzard I was talking about earlier!

I am also still accepting new clients for training~ladies only... (Sorry guys!!)......As well as those who need contest prep for bodybuilding, fitness, or figure....but for contest prep slots are all filling up fast so if you have a show that you are planning to do in 2006, get in now! I only accept a certain amount of people because I like to give everyone 100 percent!!! I am avaliable to do diets for men thought, so for any of these, email heatherleenj@hotmail.com for info....
