Hey Everyone!!!

Happy Humpday Wednesday!!! The week is half way over....I can't wait until the weekend!

I saw such a fantastic movie last weekend, and saw the other part last night on video...in the theaters was Letters from Iwo Jima and the other part was Flags of Our Fathers...WOW! What a magnificant piece of history Clint Eastwood captured in the films...so moving. Letters was in subtitles but so very well done....I have never looked at the Japanese in World War II the way I look at them after this movie, and I learned so much about that part of the war....a definite MUST SEE!!! Letters from Iwo Jima gets the Offical Heather Lee movie rating of an A+, and let me tell you, that is no easy task to earn!

I want to see 300 this weekend...that looks to be another good one.....we shall see....

I am off from the gym tonight...I ate waaayyy too much a little while ago. I should actually say I ate way to many mashed potatoes. Yeah, thats what did it....haha! I am a sucker for good whipped mashed potatoes and I made some killer ones tonight...and the roast beef and roasted ranch veggies I made along with it weren't too shabby either. Just call me Martha Stewart. LOL!

Well all, thats about it tonight! Hey Everyone......

Happy February!!! And almost Happy Valentines Day! Only 9 more days till' the big ole' heart day!!! One of my favorite holidays...why you ask??? Flowers, chocolate, jewelry, and a reason to get all 3, lol!!!

So, we are in month number two of the new year....and I still keep writing '06 on everything....why doesn't the brain register the new year for the first few months of it? I must have ripped up at least 10 checks this months already, grrr....

We are having the worst cold front here in NJ that I can remember in a long time....we were at 7 degrees this morning when I woke up and boy, was it chilly!!!!! We were all wishing for winter to come but this tops what we wanted by a weee bit....well, at least now it is cold enough so the ski resorts can blow snow and I can finally hit the slopes! It has been so long I hate to see what kind of spazz I am going to be... :~)

Training is going well, size wise I am where I need to be....now to refine a little bit and bring my shoulders back up....legs are still holding tight, lol!! Not that I ever thought they would go away(even if I wanted them to!!) haha!

Did you get to see my 7 page spread in Planet Muscle that just left newsstands this week? Jeff Everson did an amazing job and PM is a top notch magazine!! I am honored to have been featured in such a large layout and a huge THANKS goes out to the PM crew and Jeff!!!!!!!!! :~)

Well all....I am going to run, 24 will be on in a few minutes and I can't miss out on what Jack Bauer is going to do to save the world tonight!
