Hey Everyone!!!!!

Happy HumpDay Wednesday!!! Halfway thru the week...this one seems to be flying though!!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all who sent me birthday wishes and cards!!! You guys are the best fans a girl could ask for!!! My 29th birthday was awesome...cake and fun on Thursday, then on Saturday a group of us went out to a local place called the Colorado Cafe...the place is such a great time! It has 2 main parts...The first room is all country music with country line dancing, which I am not a huge fan of but it's fun to watch...then in the other part that we were in they have live bands...the night we were there they happened to have a really good 80's cover band which, if you know me, then you know how much I love 80's music! And what else? A MECHANICAL BULL!! That's right!!! Bull riding! It was a blast! Everyone went on and ummm, some rode, ummm, better then others, lol!!! But all in all it was hilarious to watch! I said I would love to have the job of the guy who controls the bull...the speed, the direction, the motion! You can really screw with people! He sent some people FLYING off the bull, lol!! A great night! Bianca gets the award for BRAVEST BULL RIDE, since she was the first to go out of our group...Marta gets sexiest bull ride with style...she was makin' it look good!!! And Elena gets the "CAN'T GET THIS GIRL OFF THE BULL AWARD!" LOL!!! A bunch more of my friends rode it too, but we would be here all day for those awards! haha!!

I saw Transformers last week too...what an AMAZING movie!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had no desire to go and see it, but let me tell you, not only were the special effects unreal, but the plot was really good too! There were 2 beautiful girls in the movie, and they actually had some acting skills, haha! It was just one of those brainless movies that you could sit back and enjoy without having to think too much...I give it an official HEATHER LEE MOVIE RATING OF AN A++!!! A must see!

Training has been going really well though I had to take 2 weeks off of the gym due to a little procedure I had to have done but Monday night was my first night back and it felt good...My bull-riding buddy, who should actually get the title BULL RIDING MASTER, Elena, is going to be getting ready for the Nationals in November so she will start coming down regularly for a good ass-kicking on her legs! That is one thing I am a master at dishing out!!! Check her out at ELENASEIPLE.COM...wish her luck in her upcoming prep! This woman has been top 5 for the last 7 years so it NEEDS to be her year!!!!!!!! And speaking of competing, A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to new IFBB PRO JESS ROHM!!!!! She finally did it at the Team Universe, winning the fitness short class!!!! Awesome Jess! Also A HUGE CONGRATS GOING OUT TO DEBBIE BRAMWELL, one of the nicest ladies I had the pleasure of meeting in my bodybuilding competition days!!! She finally won that pro-card at the 2007 NPC Teen, Collegiate and Masters Nationals!!! Another past due pro-card is finally issued!!! AWESOME JOB DEB!! WISHING YOU THE BEST OF LUCK IN THE PRO-RANKS!!!!!

Well all, I have to run, but I am leaving you with this...SOME REALLY BIG NEWS IS ON THE WAY FROM ME....Keep reading to find out!

Enjoy the pics posted from my birthday and check me out in the next 2 issues of BODYTALK MAGAZINE....

'Till next time,
Keep pumpin' hard!!!

Hey Everyone!

Hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July!!!!!!!! I sure did~lots of BBQ and laughs with great friends!!!!!! But no fireworks(damn rain!!!) LOL!

Anyway, just wanted to drop in really quickly and post up a slideshow from the TEAM WORLD VERSUS TEAM USA STRONGMAN we went to last weekend in Philadelphia....what an amazing event! It was run in conjunction with the men's pro nationals.....the competitors are truely awe inspiring!!!!!!!

~~~~
The details from someones post about it....
"For the first time ever team World (consisting of Zydrunas Savickas, Vasyl Virastyuk, Andrus Murumets, and Robert Szczpansky) has been defeated! Team USA (consisting of Travis Ortmayer, Van Hatfield, Derek Poundstone, Nick Best, and alternate Walt Gogola) put on an amazing performance all weekend and held on to win in what was one of the most stunning underdog victories ever in the sport of Strongman..."
~~~

We were also lucky enough to meet some of the competitors too...and they were all awesome and great sports after such a grueling day! Walt Gogola has helped me on several occasions at out gym work on some axle press techniques and it was great to see him compete!

So enjoy the slideshow and I will be back tomorrow with another post!

'Till next time,
Keep pumpin' hard!!!
XOXO
